SensiFAST One-Step qPCR Kits have been developed for fast RT-qPCR and has been validated on all commonly used real-time instruments. They are available either as SYBR or Probe mixes. The antibody-mediated hot-start DNA polymerase system reduces the chances of primer/dimers formation, allowing a much greater dynamic range by removing competition for reaction components during amplification, leading to greater sensitivity.
